CAREFREE EQUESTRIAN ESTATES
We are currantly in the preliminary design process. More information will be added shortly. Please continue to check back with us for updates.
Carefree Equestrian Estates will be a private and gated subdivision located in the most Northeast corner of Carefree. The main entrance to the subdivision will be located at the existing Tubac Trail Road and consist of a private gated entry and two-way vehicular and pedestrian bridge over Grapevine Wash. The roadways of the subdivision have been designed not to disrupt mountainside views.
This location is at the base of the Continental Mountain’s, providing many miles of trail riding throughout the mountain range. The site has Row Wash running along the Northern boundaries of the property; this is an archeological treasure trove of Native American petro-glyphs and artifacts. This wash is delineated as a protected “no build area”. In addition, is non-vehicular area within the subdivision. This will protect the areas historical presence and conserve the character of living in the Southwest. At the Southern boundary of the subdivision is the Grapevine Wash, this wash will take you though the Town of Cave Creek where there are miles of trails for riding experiences and exploration.
